I had time to take a photo opportunity with one of our Event and previous endorser Ms. Francine Prieto. and some of the candidates I had make friends.

 During the Corpo. visit each candidate is given a set of make up for our make up demo...as part of the personality development where they are teach on how to do their own make up and as a challenge after the make up demo they are entitled to do their own make up for themselves...with a given time to make up themselves...but all of the ladies are very graceful even under the heart of pressure...

 Here is with me doing the Make up demo as part of the event for the day!! This id done and held at H20 Hotel at the Manila Ocean Park..Manila. It was already late that night and the girls are already tired and yet they give time to listen to me interact and stay active while some are already have an eye dropping expression....I was happy to share some of my trade secrets to them which can be useful in the time of crisis were they cannot relay on any other else but for themselves...

I had a great time during our lunch where I was able to talk to some of the candidates like Ms. Maryland in which a first time i heard that it is already a state in U.S on the east coast. and I had my buddy in a Shrimp eating contest with Ms. Cebu...having a great time is more fun after a day full of many activities and the preparation and the accommodation of each of the candidates and the coordination during their presentation to some the Local press and Media...  

Kasalang Filipino 2013 Ayala Harbor Point Subic, Zambales

 Your's truly hold and hosted the recent Kasalang Filipino Leg in Subic Zambales @ Ayala Harbor point this event is Sponsored by Ever Bilena Cosmetics which I am a Marketing Specialist under the Marketing department and this is one of the event I actually take the lead...

Here I am reading My spiel and inviting everybody to watch for the basic make up demo which is basically talking about the Bridal Make up...i have just few concern regarding with their sound system they have a poor sound on my Mic so its like more of I have to raised my voiced so it can be heard on the mic which me have a hard time in my modulation...

 Here with me with my ever reliable partner Leslie Dorado as the Product Specialist of the area under Direct Sales department we have been partner from the past leg of Kasalang Filipino held last April at Marquee Mall Angeles, City Pampanga.here we are teaching them the basic techniques and some tips the Ever Bilena standard in applying make up especially during the wedding day. Make up demo is always done as one our segment before the make up competition proper start.

 The start of the make up competition for all of our participants luckily we will able to have a 15 participants for the said event we were still able to recruits a day before the event within the area from Castillejos going to Magsaysay some of them have joined the past competition and still want to have a place as the Grand Winner...

The participants are given 1 hour to create and do  their  make up..the theme is all about Gandang Pinay beauty featuring the natural beauty of every Filipina during their wedding day...each participants would have their own interpretation of the said theme..the make up products are provided for each participants they are also allowed to use additional products as long as it is Ever bilena  products hair are already pre set before the competition to make the whole total look of their model and will have the chance to garner a higher score form our judges.

After make up is done each model of the participants is given a chance to present their model together with the gown and the whole make up look they did for their model...

Here I am presenting the model some were applauded because of the classic and elegant beauty the model portrayed...

 The Announcement of winner's our Grand Champion for this year and this leg is James O'Briant he was the last year first runner up but this year it his time to shine..he was the make up artist to model no. 7 and he also happen to be the same designer of the gown her model wear during the competition..as generous as he is he even have his gown wore by some of the participants.

He won a prize worth 20,000.00 of Ever Bilena products a Trophy and a chance to  be featured on Ever Bilena Advertorial..and 1 year Gold listing advertisement courtesy of Kasal.com 

 I believed he is building and creating a name and making a scene in the area...Which I think he will be for he is definitely GOOD and kind...for the next leg I ask him to be the next judge and presenter of the winner ...well James I am looking forward for that event..

After the make up Competition The Kasal.com will hold a fashion show here I am doing a Hair & Make up for one of the host of the event they are the Camper of Mixx which they are having their workshop for hosting and acting and mostly all of them are American-Filipino citizen they just here in the country for the workshop.

Kasalang Filipino 2013

 My second leg of the whole Kasalang Filipino 2013 Event for this year held at Marquee mall Angeles, Pampanga.
I was given a task to be the team leader for the event. In terms of preparation of the support and some materials needed for the said event.

This is while doing the talk for the make up demonstration before we held the make up competition
I was happy because we were able to gather a group of 17 participants for the said event compare to last year we have 12 participants happy to have our number grow bigger.

 Lets the contest begin! each participants is all given all make up set which they can use for the make up competition the model can be pre-set already in terms of the hair do and each model are required to wear a wedding gown for them to earn a biggest score from our judges.

 The participants are given 1 hour time enough to make their final look for the competition
but for me as the host and the facilitator i make it sure to make it more than an hour for them to have enough time to make their creations  more beautiful that will goes with the theme "Gandang Pinay Bride"

Here I am presenting all the model together with the make up artist so that the audiences may have their early bets and choices on who will be the Grand Champion....Im loving the sound system especially the microphone they made voice look good and very well modulated...and seeing all the audience and the crowd made me fell like I'm a star host.

 Here we are already revealing and announcing he winner!!! I requested for a drum roll to make it more excited..thanks to my ever partner Leslie Dorado for scouting the participants for the event...as well as with the judges who is also our presenter of the awards for our winners...and to all the participants who failed to win it was a very closed fight because there are participants who are very competitive it was a hard and very tough job for the judges they have a split decision in terms who among they think stand out...

Correctional

 March mark as National Women's Month as part of my Job description to provide make up demo...here I am doing that thing in one of my event at Maysilo Circle , Mandaluyong City with the Correctional ladies in front of me.

 Here I am making the moment more "Livelier" so that they wont feel intimidated and plus they would they are just having fun while learning...


Its so sad to hear that this women are detained without even knowing when are they are going to be convicted...and will be transferred to a large Cell after they are being read as guilty..

 Even though its the scenario I am with I didn't want to feel it that way.

I believe I am here for a purpose so served and feed them with knowledge even though its just a small thing they will might remember of not I believed I was able to fulfill my Duty and Purpose.

It's kinda breaking my heart because 80% of the population of their cases are Drug related some of them have a family which they have to leave because they have to served their status as "DETAINEE" 

Anyway life must go on for us and I am happy to see and feel that I was able to put a smile on their face.

I was able to feel that they learn something from a knowledge which they can use in the future.

for my parting word with them " do not let the LEARNING turn into KNOWLEDGE let the LEARNING turn into ACTIONS" 

This is the girl that caught my attention she look so naive so sweet I feel that she will be good for my canvass for my make up demonstration and I am Happy it turn out GOOD and NICE..

Looking forward for my next demo on some other Correctional in the town.
