My ever dearest Gil,

I wrote this letter because it’s already 2010 but still some habits haven’t change from the past….

This is just to give you a healthy comments and criticism on your part because I care so much about you and not doing this to let you down but for you to accept CHANGES, change is good as long as do it in a right manner…this nothing personal but more on a work related ….at sana hindi mo masamain. At sana mabago mo na ito … we are not perfect but we have to try to do things in right manner and right manner…

1. hope you have a clean make up kit and clean make up products including nice brushes and clean sponge…because this represents our personality on how our dealer would look up to us…pls puede naman siguro yun…????
2. to please arrange your materials every time you have an event or seminar…pag may event ka sometimes you forgot to process your support ending wala ka na ready at nahanda sana keep in my mind na kapag sasabak ka sa laban dapat armed ka with your materials what is needed…not all the time I will be here to slve your problem…plsss puede naman po siguro yun…as much as possible ready mo na ahead of time pa lang para di ka lagi Rattle and Rush sa sarili mo please take control of time hindi naman po siguro mahirap gawin yun…
3. during presentation pls refrain from wearing unnecessary accessories like shades and cap kund dika pasawayin do mo aayusin…and during your demo pls make sure naman po that your things are complete…pls don’t settle for anything less or bahala napo…before you use to have some slides that you used nagayun nawala na I really wonder why? Kaya nga I am exposing you for some corporate talks para ma feel mo rin para kahit saan ka ilagay kaya mo gawin without hesitation and the people from other departments will be confident enough ikaw ang isabak so you can also be like me like for the photo shoot and corporate talk.
4. Please refrain from making faces and always making Excuses’ dahil iknow naman if your just making echos to me din a tayo mga bata ..pag pinagsasabihan matutong makinig dahil dinaman lahat ng pagsaway ay para sa akin kung di para din sa sarili mo…im sick and tired na lagi na lang po tayo ganito matagalna tayo magkakasama pero eto pa rin po tayo…at pag may mali learn to accept our mistake and not to commit the same mistakes…at paulit-ulit na lang po…huwag na po tayo pa burden sa bawat isa lahat naman tayo may mga bagay na inaayos at inaasikaso sa persona lat sa trabaho…please puede naman po siguro yun di po ba? Nomore na echos pls…or excuses lagi mo na lang dinadaan sa mga ganyang bagay….
Sana this will serve as guide for you para kahit papaano we make our life make overs para sa buhay natin …

Kung pansinin mo man o hindi, masamain mo man or hindi I would say thank you kahit basahin mo lang ito ok lang din…as long as you read and you were able to get my message….i am doing this for the benefit of every individual lalo nasa team natin …..If you’re going to accept this with all of your heart better and thank you

high school days

This what surprise me when I open my face book account

To my surprise I saw our class picture during my high school days!!!
It was uploaded by one of my classmates Arvin Cruz who find time to upload this photo so applauded to you Arvin : )

And because of that phenomenon some of my classmates responded to that so we begin and start to reconnect ourselves…

For the past 13 years since this picture was taken a lot of things already happen to us some of our lives are already changed some have different career that we pursue and some already been a successful in the fields that we pursue, some are still on the battle of life challenges that we have, some are already moved from one place to the other and ,some from one country to the other…

Whatever life we have chosen still this picture remind us the life that we have during our high school days…the simple life that we have the happy and sad moment we shared together and the friendship that was build during that time….its really nice to reminisced those that happen from the past…..

Whatever this picture may served I believed it’s a new start to reconnecting to each other in which I hope will happen not on the day we have another 13 years to pass…

It's me and my good friend Mia from Davao City who happens to be my co P.S / mentor weve been friendsfor the oast 2 years or more and getting stronger since we start our work in the company...here you find us doing the picture taking after the training of T3 going to mall hopping at SM North Edsa...

This picture was taken during our haunt for some items to give for PASALUBONG and CHRISTMAS GIFT for family,friendsand relatives this was taken at TUTUBAN Mall in the very famous DIVISORIA this the first arrival of the Vismin P.S here in Manila that we ever saw them...guess who pick most of the items???

this was taken before we leave for a souvenir photo with them... the good thing about our relationship is that even if we haven't see each other for a very long time the same treatment haven't change we are still the same sweet P.S from the first day....maybe i guess we have a lot of things in common especially with our personality...I believed it'sa very rare chance to meet and have a friend like MIA...so imkeeping himfor the rest of my life...

during our date at Kripy Kreme in SM NORTH EDSA i guess this is the first time she ever eat here.and she really love the taste of it the doughnut that melts in your mouth it. She really love her stay here in manila and she will come back i hope she will return soon.... more power and goodluck on our T3 and sales target as well as some of our activity...

pandan island

thanks to the ever wonderful team of south luzon they invited me and tag me along with them in their island get away for this year and for this month actually it is my second time around to visit the beautiful province of Mindoro..the last time i visited here was i never had the chance to see the beaches...now i should say its a wonderful experience that you would never forget....

Welcome to the beautiful Island of Mindoro here in Pandan Island its a 15 minute travel by boat from the town of Sablayan Occidental Mindoro...

the island is surrounded by the fresh sea water and the plant called Pandan which is the reason why this island is called pandan....I was able to feel the warm and cold of the sea water its very relaxing feeling that you can feel....

its a small island which you can easily navigate and tour around... it has a rich diversity in terms of its forest and the island is famous for viewing the coral reef...

basically the island has no immigrants there's no people who live here we just saw two houses that take care of the island and the other half is rented from the government by a private company for 25 years which they use to entertain some of their guest which is mostly foreign people...

there is no electricity in the island...so expect no tv and no aircon and no hot shower.. so enjoy the real nature adventure and live the life of an castaway...there is hotel that entertain the guest but i was not able to check or made an ocular inspection with their rooms... but we were able to get the contact number of the hotel...the price?very reasonable.... even if its hot during the shoot but we were able to manage because we believe its what our body needs a few sun rays for the skin...

this is one of the greatest and my first memorable experience for the 2010 because its my first time again to travel not by the land but by the sea and my first travel for this year....i was able to experience the hospitality of the people.. the nice food to eat here the air that is so fresh and very inviting and very relaxing by being away from the fast paced world of the life in the city of manila....mind you my phone also take some time to relax because i have a small signal some of the area are on dead spot...Love it this way...

The sand is so fine its like a powder grains of sand you can feel it...so better if you walk barefooted...
